Our methods are uncomplicated and effective because we specialize in DC’s so our Team Members know their way around chiropractic offices. We have the means to schedule workshops at which you discuss a topic of interest chosen by the host, and well within your area of expertise. Over 8 years ago we created the Health Awareness Foundation (HAF). HAF is a nationally recognized organization by company and industry human resource directors in assisting them with health and safety workshops. HAF to date has scheduled thousands of workshops since its induction. We receive requests from companies nationwide for our doctors to conduct health and wellness workshops for their employees. The company receives from HAF an OSHA certificate, which assists the human resource directors in meeting their health and safety requirements. As a client of Integrity we will target: Institutions, Schools, Municipalities, Manufacturers, Food Chains, Corporations, Blue Collar & Office Staff within a 10 mile radius of your practice. Program Investments Our programs will streamline your practice with new patients Program 1 Complete Marketing Service Program PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL - We supply you with 3 slide presentation topics: Low Back Injury Prevention, Stress Management and Peak Performance. These presentations are accompanied with handouts and surveys for each topic. WORKSHOP SCHEDULING - While focusing on your target area, we schedule the workshops around your hours of availability, all you have to do is present a powerful workshop! EXCLUSIVITY – You will have exclusive rights of agreed upon zip codes. HEALTH AWARENESS FOUNDATION MEMBER - The workshops that are scheduled with the companies, groups and organizations in your area are scheduled under the Health Awareness Foundation name. HAF is a non-profit organization assisting the business community in loss prevention due to employee absenteeism, safety and wellness. Your practice would be listed on our web site that is viewed by hundreds of companies, businesses and the general public: www.safetyworkshops.org. This will create exposure for you and your practice within your community. WORKSHOP DYNAMICS AND TRAINING - You will be supplied with an audio tape on how to conduct a successful workshop. We will also train you and your CA on the introduction and the closing of the workshop, as well as scheduling appointments on the spot! GUARANTEED WORKSHOPS – 20+ in a 12-month agreement. If the 20 workshops are reached before the end of the agreement, your Integrity representative will continue to schedule workshops for your practice. TARGETED VENUES INCLUDE - Corporations, Schools, Municipalities, Manufacturers, Food Chains, Blue Collar, Office Staff, and Parents. You also have the opportunity to present workshops at other venues of your choice. Investment: $1,149.00 per month Or Receive over a 10% discount for a one time payment of $12,400.00 Financing available through HPSC. Program 2 We are pleased to offer a program that is designed for you to “pay per workshop” as they are scheduled. GUARANTEE – Our agreement is for 12 months. If for any reason we do not schedule a minimum of 5 workshops, your initial deposit will be refunded minus 20% administration costs.
